[Brief] Lady Eagles Varsity Basketball Team beat Cypress Bay High School

Monday, Nov. 27, the women’s varsity basketball game played in their first home game of the season against Cypress Bay High School. The ladies won with a score of 53-50.

Team captain, Abbey Hsu (35) was the lead scorer for the team with 38 points.

“The game went really good, we started off a little shaky but we learned from our mistakes and made key adjustments that lead us to win at the end,” Hsu said. “I think it was a great first win of the season.”

The team will be playing in their next game at home against Coral Glades High School on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 6:30 p.m..
