Wristbands were on pre-sale beginning on Thursday, Jan. 2 at 10:00 a.m. at the P-REC and the Tennis Center at Quigley Park. Wristbands for a one day pass of unlimited rides were on sale for $25. The “Mega Band” for three days were on sale for $60 up until Friday.

The on-Site unlimited ride wristband for one day was on sale for $30, while single tickets were $1 each and 12 tickets were $10. Each ride charges about 3-5 tickets.

There were a variety of rides including the Himalaya, the Rockstar, a ferris wheel, a funhouse and many more. The fair was a family friendly event, as there were rides and activities for people of every age and height.

“My favorite part were the rides because they were pretty wild and I got to go on it with my best friends,” sophomore Nicolette Gulla said.

There was also a large variety of games, including duck games and basketball. Many players won goldfish, which they got to bring home.

“I went with my friends,” sophomore Asha Advani said. “We ate, rode rides and I won a goldfish.”

Located at the fair were various concession stands offering many items for purchase. Customers could choose between turkey legs, funnel cake, lemonade, popcorn, snow cones and other foods and beverages.

“I was there for seven hours, 4-11 [p.m.]. I went on all the rides and hung out with a bunch of friends I hadn’t seen in awhile,” freshman Kean Adair said.

The wait times were fast and efficient, so all attendees got their money’s worth while having an amazing time. The fair brought many joys to all families across town throughout the weekend.
