[Brief] Women’s varsity swim and dive team competes in meet

On Sept. 12, the women’s varsity swim and dive team played against Pembroke Pines Charter School and Stranahan High School. The meet took place at Pembroke Pines Charter and started at 4:30 p.m.

The team did not end up winning, but are hopeful for future games.

“I’m super proud of our team. We did so much better than last meet. We still need to work on getting our swimmers focused and excited to swim. We also need to work on our communication and listening skills when it comes to what event takes place next,” captain Devin Lee said.

The team’s next meet is against Nova High School and Flanagan High School.
