[Brief] Women’s varsity tennis team defeats Coral Springs High School

On Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 3:30 p.m., the Women’s varsity tennis team played against Coral Springs High School for an away game at Coral Springs High School. The MSD Eagles won all five of their single matches.

Rachel Swindler won 8-3 and Alejandra Martinez, Allie Schuller, Sadhika Sarathy, and Annie Pretner won 8-0, resulting in the women winning all five singles and winning the match.

“We had an easy win,” Schuller said. “It puts us ahead of Saint Thomas and Cypress Bay in the standings, which are our two biggest competitors.”

The Eagles have their next home match against Nova High School on Feb. 21 at 1:30 p.m.
