MSD women’s varsity lacrosse team defeats John I. Leonard High School

On Wednesday, Feb. 19, the MSD women’s varsity lacrosse team played their first game of the season against John I. Leonard High School. The game began at 5:00 p.m.

The game ended in MSD winning 20-0.

“We all played really great, and even though it was an easy win, we held our composure and held the ball against the other team very well. It was a great team to start off with,” sophomore Zoe Zentefis said. 

The next game is an away game at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21, against Spanish River High School.
