All 50 states should legalize high school NIL; not doing so causes avoidable lawsuits and the transferring of high schools by student athletes. Currently, NIL at the high school level is only legalized in 39 states, and that needs to be the case for the other 11 so that high school athletes can be rewarded for their efforts.
