On Oct. 14th, the men’s varsity golf team played in districts in Jacaranda against four schools. The schools were Western High School, St. Thomas Aquinas , Deerfield Beach, and J.P Taravella class. The team won by an overall total of 22 strokes.
“Feels great to get the win at districts. It shows all the hard work we’ve been putting in, and we’ll carry the momentum to regionals.” Sophomore Andres Barraza said.
The next tournament is regionals and it will be in deer creek against Spanish River High School and St. Thomas High School, as well as other schools across South Florida.
