November 19, 2021
This year’s class ring informational sessions were held at MSD with multiple opportunities for students and parents to take care of any questions or concerns. On Nov. 9 and Nov. 10 sessions were held in the auditorium and on Nov. 15 a parent night was held in the cafeteria. All class ring forms are due by Nov 17.
Ordering and receiving class rings is usually a deep tradition at most high schools, making many students eager to take part in this opportunity to show pride in their school.
“I’m excited to participate in this event and show my school spirit,” junior Alexandra Senior said. “Not only will participating show my school spirit, but will also show the success in my accomplishments.”
Class ring informational sessions consisted of basic information about the Herff Jones company and commonly asked questions about the class rings.
The resizing of class rings are done free of charge, lifetime warranty will cover resizing at any time. Ring sizes will be determined through size fittings done by Herff Jones experts when the order is placed in person.
If class rings are lost or stolen, the Herff Jones “Lost Ring Program” can be utilized. The LRP Plan is of no additional cost and is available at the time you place your order. If your ring is lost or stolen within six years from the date of purchase, you have the opportunity to receive a duplicate ring for a nominal fee based on ring quality.
The ordering of rings can be done in-person and online at Hjorder.com. If students missed the Herff Jones meeting during school, they can also order at the Herff Jones store located in Davie, on west State Road 84 from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with extended evening hours on Tuesdays until 7 p.m.
All Class Ring Experts will be on hand to help you place orders and answer any questions regarding design, payment, sizing or delivery when you visit the store located on west State Road 81. Herff Jones is proud to give students this memorable opportunity to commemorate achievements with these landmarks.
“We hope to have a traditional class ring ceremony but either way we will have an approved event to celebrate with your family and friends by your side. We are honored to be your partner in recognizing this milestone. Times may have changed, but traditions are forever,” the Herff Jones organization said in an announcement to Broward schools.
