The seven seniors on the MSD men’s varsity soccer team celebrated their Senior Night. During halftime, the seniors had their Senior Night ceremony where they looked back at their best moments in high school soccer.
MSD celebrates the Class of 2023 seniors from the men’s varsity soccer team
The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School men’s varsity soccer team faced South Plantation High School on Tuesday, Jan. 10. This game was extra special as it was the team’s Senior Night, honoring the leading members of the team who would graduate at the end of the 2023 school year. The Eagles beat the South Plantation Paladins 5-0 in this match.
The Senior Night celebration occurred during halftime, as seniors on the MSD varsity soccer team were introduced to the fans. Seniors walked across Cumber Stadium with their families and were applauded by onlookers. Senior Night is a special event for those involved as the hard work of the seniors is recognized and acknowledged.
