On Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. the Marjory Stoneman Douglas women’s varsity soccer team played their first regular season home game against rival Taravella High School.
The MSD Lady Eagles fell to the Trojans with a final score of 2-0.
“After an unfortunate loss like the one against vella we will definitely push ourselves harder in order to start winning games,” senior Arielle Hafetz (13) said. “Compared to seasons prior, we didn’t have a great start but we are working very hard in order to start winning.”
The Lady Eagles’ next game on Nov. 14 was canceled due to weather. Their next game will be a home game on Nov. 18 against Western High School.
