Teenagers/students may struggle with maintaining their acne, causing breakouts and even scarring on their faces. Implementing a good skincare routine can help with these problems.

For many, their skin care routine consists of simply washing their face. Moreover, there are a variety of things that go into maintaining healthy skin. Skin care is not just one step, instead it is a range of practices that work together in order to support skin integrity, enhance its appearance and relieve skin conditions. Skincare can include nutrition, avoidance of excessive sun exposure and appropriate use of emollients

Everyone has their own skin type whether it be dry, oily, sensitive or combined skin.
