[Brief] Men’s tennis team dominates Cardinal Gibbons and Fort Lauderdale

by

A men’s tennis match against Cardinal Gibbons High School was held at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 23. MSD won 7-0 easily, noting that Gibbons was not their strongest opponent.

“Everyone played well. This week was easy because we weren’t going against our strongest competitors. Compared to them, we are a strong team,” coach Robert Bryant said.

There was also a match between MSD and Fort Lauderdale High School that same week on Feb. 24. MSD won 6-0 without much difficulty, going against yet another weaker opponent. The team is looking forward to playing with their main opponent St. Thomas. For now, they are using these games as practice for future challenges.
