On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the Stoneman Douglas varsity baseball team played against the Western High School Wildcats on the Eagles’ home field.
With only two runs from seniors, Carter Brady and Javion Serrano, the final score ended in a 5-2 loss for MSD.
“We came out and didn’t have a lot of energy, our pitching didn’t do so well and hitting didn’t come through in big situations to give us the lead,” senior Colin Flynn said.
On Thursday, Feb. 20, the team will take on Calvary Christian Academy at home, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
