This week’s Crumbl Cookie flavors included festive flavors including Birthday Cake (Valentine), Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake, Sugar ft. Mother’s Valentine X’s and O’s, and some classic flavors including Milk Chocolate chip, Pink Sugar, and Chocolate Caramel.

To start off, the Birthday Cake (Valentine) was a pleasant surprise. The cookie is served warm which is a personal favorite. The cookie had a cake batter base with a cake batter cream cheese frosting. While Cream Cheese frosting is not my top choice, it was still quite enjoyable. The topping was heart shaped sprinkles which matched the theme of the week. I’d rate this cookie a 8/10.

In addition, the Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake was not my favorite flavor of the week. The cookie was served chilled, which I would have rather been warm. The cookie had a chocolate base which was very moist and tasty but the semi-sweet chocolate was not sweet enough. The strawberry cheesecake frosting did not taste like cheesecake. I’d rate this cookie a 6/10.

Furthermore, the next cookie available this week was the Sugar ft. Mother’s Valentine X’s and O’s. The cookie was served warm with a sugar base which was honestly quite dry and brittle. However, on top there was a layer of melted white chocolate chips, sprinkles and Valentine X’s and O’s cookies, which really added to the flavor. Overall, this was my favorite cookie of the week. All of the elements were perfectly combined, even with a slightly dry base. I’d rate this cookie a 9/10.

Another cookie prepared this week was the Chocolate Caramel. This cookie is extremely rich and served warm. There is caramel layered at the top with sea salt which was the perfect amount of sweet and salty. There is an added caramel piece for presentation which was a nice addition to the cookie which was also delicious. I’d rate this cookie a 9/10 as well.

Overall, this week’s cookies were delicious and worth a try. The flavors were all very unique. The original flavors are still available if the new flavors do sound appealing. I hope these flavors come back to Crumbl next Valentines Day.
