Bath and Body Works, a store that sells a wide range of personal care products and home fragrances, released their 2022 Winter holiday collection on Oct. 24, 2022. The collection perfectly encompasses the warm, sweet and joyous feelings that are characteristic of the winter holiday season. The collection offers scents in a wide variety of products, including candles, lotions, soaps, perfumes, hand sanitizers, air fresheners and much more.

All of their soaps are split into the categories of floral, fresh, fruity, woodsy and sweet. These divisions allow shoppers to easily find the kinds of scents that they enjoy.

If you enjoy more floral scents, the Blush Poinsettia will be perfect for you. The scent is a mixture of rose petals, green ivy and sweet marshmallow. It is the perfect holiday scent that adds a hint of floral to the mix.

In the fresh scent collections, there are many different scents, but some of the best include Tree Farm, Warm Winter Wishes, and Twisted Peppermint. Tree Farm is the exact smell that you find when you walk into a Christmas tree farm. It’s the scent that most people associate with the holiday season. It is a mix of crisp pine needles, spiced apples, and warm cedar giving a welcoming scent of the holiday season.

Warm Winter Wishes is a mixture of zesty citrus, fresh peppermint, and cold evergreen, giving it the perfect mix of scents for this holiday season. Last but not least, Twisted Peppermint perfectly mimics the smell when you open a new box of candy canes. It is made with the scents of cool peppermint, sugared snow, fresh balsam and vanilla buttercream, making a beautiful wintery peppermint scent.

The fruity collection has my favorite scent of the holiday season, Bright Christmas Morning. It includes a mixture of ripe red berries, blood orange and crisp apple, creating a very delightful scent. The fruity collection includes many other scents, such as Winter Candy Apple and much more. Winter Candy Apple is a very sweet scent made from a mixture of red apples, rose petals, and candied oranges. It is very sweet but has a very welcoming scent, which makes it the perfect scent to fill up any room.

The sweet collection has many scents to capture the most popular holiday scents. Vanilla Bean Noel smells just like when you open an oven full of sugar cookies. The scent is created with a mixture of fresh vanilla bean, warm caramel, sugar cookies, whipped cream and snow-kissed musk. Another scent in the sweet collection is Hot Cocoa & Cream, which smells just like a cup of fresh hot chocolate. Although the sweet collection is my least favorite of all the collections since all of the scents are so sweet, it still has some very unique scents.

Last but not least, there is the woodsy collection. While this collection offers many options, the two best were The Perfect Christmas and Balsam & Firewood. The Perfect Christmas is the mix of all the collections together, giving a hint of sweet, fruity, fresh, floral, and woodsy. It’s a mixture. Balsam & Firewood is a mix of cedarwood, cardamom and white birch. It smells like a mixture of Christmas trees and a campfire, giving off a cozy and relaxing scent.

The Christmas Collection at Bath and Body Works offers many scents, giving everyone the chance to find the scent that suits them the best. Make sure you get the scents while you can, as the collection will be leaving stores in January once the holiday season is over.
