On Feb. 27, the men’s lacrosse team faced off against district opponent J.P. Taravella High School in a home game at 7:00 p.m. The Eagles defeated Taravella’s Trojans in a blowout, winning with a 17-2 score.

“I thought we had a great performance against Taravella,” captain Max Buckner said.

Goals were scored by Braden Mygatt (16), Max Buckner (33), Adam Brodsky (4), Jordan Schwartz (15), Sam Bailin (22), Khalil Scales (7), Daniel Sgammato (10), Collin Bean (14), Ryan Komatz (6) and Zachary Rassman (2).

“Our team is beginning to tidy up the loose ends and I’m excited to see what’s in store for the rest of the season,” Buckner said.

The team’s next home game is March 3 at 7:00 p.m. against Gulliver Preparatory School.
