On Wed., Oct. 4, the junior varsity football team played their second game of the season, and crushed Coral Glades High with a score of 0-47.
With 14 first downs and 7 touchdowns, the team feels that their hard work and practice is paying off.
“I’m definitely seeing everyone improve,” captain and quarterback Brady Siren (10) said. “The freshman are working hard to prove themselves, and everyone’s really trying to come together as a team.”
Siren scored two touchdowns, along with Christian Higgins (11), Alexander Rodriguez (20) and Nick Donnelly (25).
The Eagles hope to play another game like this on Wed., Oct. 18 against the Monarch Knights.
