On Sept. 25 the women’s varsity volleyball team faced Coral Glades High School. They won Tuesday’s away conference match by a score of 3-0.
The first set was won by the Eagles 25-8.
“I think we’ve won every game against Glades since my freshman year,” defensive specialist Julie Piedra (6) said.
The second set was a victory for the Eagles by 25-13. It was a quick game with kills made by both right side and outside hitters.
“It was a stress free game,” Piedra said.
The final set resulted in yet another win for the Eagles 25-14. The team has a home conference match vs. Coral Springs High School on Thursday, Sept. 27 at 4:30 p.m.
