On Thursday, January 23, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas women’s basketball team played against Pembroke Pines Charter High School.
They lost with a final score of 50-34.
“As basketball season is almost over, we are trying to work our hardest and keep our focus so we make it to districts. It’s been very difficult but we continue to stick together, so if we win or lose, I am still proud of how far we come,” senior Asa Dykes said.
The next game will be held on Tuesday, February 4, against Monarch High School.
