MSD women’s varsity basketball loses to Monarch

On Tuesday, December 4, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas women’s varsity basketball team played away against Monarch High School.

They lost with a final score of 46-35.

“It’s been a rough couple of games, but this motivates us to work even harder and focus on what is missing. The girls were very upset after the game, but we were all there for each other and came together to boost our self-esteem and get ready for the next game,” senior Madison Goodman said.

The next game will be away and take place on Thursday, December 5 against West Broward High School.
