MSD women’s varsity basketball team beat Pompano Beach


On Tuesday, January 21, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas women’s basketball team played against Pompano Beach High School.

They won with a final score of 52-29.

“The girls were very pumped up for tonight’s game and had a very good feeling about it. It started off rough but then we pulled through and ended up with a very good win. We are hopeful to keep playing this well,” junior Megan Pittman said.

The next game will take place on Thursday, January 23 against Pembroke Pines Charter High School.
