On Monday, Jan. 13, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School men’s varsity soccer team played in their ninth game of the season. The game was against Pompano Beach High School at Cumber Stadium.

The game finished with a score of 5-1 Douglas.

“Shadi, a freshman on our team, pulled off a backflip penalty and made it and that was definitely the most crazy thing that has happened this season,” Mason Hall said.

The MSD Eagles play their next game on Wednesday, Jan. 15 against Coral Springs High School at 7 p.m. at Cumber Stadium.
