[Brief] Women’s varsity lacrosse team wins against West Broward High School

On March 11, the MSD women’s varsity lacrosse team competed in a home game against West Broward High School. The game started at 7 p.m. The weather was clear with a breeze.

The score was 18-6 and the Eagles held their winning streak.

“I felt very proud of our team for winning,” midfielder Lauren Figas (12) said. “We were able to get a lot of people to score a goal. We worked together in order to keep our confidence.”

The next game is on March 12 against Spanish River High School.
