The Cousans family began fostering cats from the Saving Sage Animal Rescue Foundation, a non-profit animal shelter, in 2022. Because they [Milkshake and Frankie] dont know anyone else, my mom wanted them to go together, Cousans said.

Men’s varsity golf team defeats St. Thomas High School

On Sept. 10, The MSD Men’s Varsity Golf team won against St.Thomas High School. The match started at 3:30 p.m.

“The game went really well today.” freshman Dylan Marrone said. “We beat St. Thomas 158 to 168 in some windy conditions on a tough golf course. I shot 39 today and this has been my lowest score all season so that’s an accomplishment and I feel proud being a freshman and playing for the Douglas golf team.” 

The next match will be held on Thursday Sept. 12, at the Deer Creek Country Club against Deerfield Beach High School and Monarch High School.
