The limited-edition McDonald’s Grinch meal was available from Dec. 2-25, 2025. The meal includes chicken nuggets or a Big Mac, with french fries, grinch salt, a McShaker fries bag, a drink, two sauces and a pair of mystery Grinch socks. Customers can choose their meal to be either medium or large, as well as if they want the Big Mac meal or the 10-piece nugget meal.

The Grinch meal has a unique design on the box, featuring the Grinch and his dog Max with Christmas lights and snow in the background. This box is Christmas-themed, resembling a wrapped-up Christmas present.

“The meal was so good that it felt like the Grinch had restored Christmas,” freshman Maria Koesak said. “The fries really were the main star and tasted exactly like dill pickles.”

This meal comes with a mystery pack of Grinch socks. The Grinch socks that are part of the meal come in a variety of colors including red, green, blue and yellow. These socks are decorated with the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who and Max the dog. These socks are a collector’s item. The socks come in a bag decorated with presents and topped with a McDonald’s ornament and bow.

Customers can purchase the McShaker fries as an individual item or with the Grinch meal; customers say these fries have a good pickle flavor that is not overbearing.

“The Grinch meal came with pickle salt for the fries that tasted very zesty and good,” freshman Averleeann Cueto said. “The crisp and tasty chicken nuggets made my day.”

The Grinch meal has been a hit, with customers buying it because of the Christmas vibe, unique taste of the McShaker fries and mystery Grinch socks.
