On Feb. 3, Starbucks released their 2026 Valentine’s Day menu. Starbucks has been doing a Valentine’s Day menu since 2018. One of the most notable drinks from that year was the Cherry Mocha. While Starbucks does not have that drink any longer, they do have some other note-worthy ones.
The 2026 Valentine’s Day menu includes the White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew, the Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino, the Iced Double Berry Matcha, the Iced Banana Bread Matcha, the Cookie Croissant Swirl, the Chocolate Pistachio Loaf, the Strawberry Matcha Loaf, the Berry Blondie, the Yuzu Citrus Blossom, the Dubai Chocolate Bites and the Valentine Cake Pop.
In addition to drink and food items, there is also some Valentine’s Day merchandise, like a tumbler and two cold cups, for sale. They have a 16-ounce cold cup with the Starbucks logo on the front with a red and pink straw. The other cold cup is 24 ounces and is decorated with many vibrant pink and red hearts. The tumbler is a dark green stainless steel cup decorated with red hearts.
The White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew had a nice pink strawberry cold foam topped with chocolate curls. The coffee part was cozy and sweet, but the cold foam was quite overpowering especially since it was right on top.
The Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino was a dessert-like beverage including strawberry puree, vanilla bean, milk and ice, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker or cookie crumbs. It was sweet and creamy, and the strawberry flavor was certainly enhanced.
The Iced Double Berry Matcha was a layered beverage with matcha and milk over ice, topped with strawberry puree and raspberry cold foam. It tasted like a berry smoothie yet has the perfect mix of berry and matcha.
The Iced Banana Bread Matcha was a creamy and sweet beverage that tastes identical to freshly homemade baked banana bread with hints of matcha, banana and brown sugar.
The Cookie Croissant Swirl was a flaky and buttery croissant smothered in cocoa and topped with chocolate chips. Its sweetness was very subtle and not overpowering at all.
The Chocolate Pistachio Loaf had a pistachio flavoring with pistachio nuts on top. This loaf was not as strong as one would expect; it had just the right amount of flavoring to make sure it was not too sweet or bitter, but rather just right.
The Strawberry Matcha Loaf was a perfect swirl of matcha and strawberry topped with strawberry glaze. It had a sweet strawberry flavor with a subtle matcha essence.
The Berry Blondie had a sweet and tangy taste that was baked with white chocolate and swirled with raspberry and blueberry jam.
The Yuzu Citrus Blossom was a light croissant filled with a tangy yet refreshing tasting yuzu citrus cream and candied yuzu.
The Dubai Chocolate Bites were a chocolatey sensation, with rich, bitter flavors. It contains a hint of dubai filling that just melts in one’s mouth as they eat it.
The Valentine Cake Pop was a vanilla cake pop dipped in red icing with a white heart in the center. It was classic yet delicious. It added to the Valentine’s Day vibes.
While some of these Valentine’s Day items might not be everyone’s cup of tea, they certainly captured the Valentine’s Day spirit. The colors and aesthetics of each food and drink item deeply remind people of love.
